That’s the implication, but it could also be a nanny, who is well endowed, taking care of a little boy until he has reached adolescence. No inappropriate behavior would be required to light up his prepubescent inner fantasy life.
My babysat confided in me 20 years later that he crushed on me as an 8 year old, and would behave better for me than he did for his mom. His ex-wife and three of his ex girlfriends look like I did when I babysat him and his brother. Equal parts funny, adorable, and creepy.
