We’re already there. I’ve seen multiple posts on X comparing seasonal bird hunters to migrants killing ducks and geese at the park.

Also, did everyone forget that video of the Haitian women being arrested by the police for killing (and allegedly eating) the neighbors cat?

Why am I not surprised?
Hunters have been villified for the last 50+ years. This is another opportunity to do so.
I’ve heard the cat incident turned out to be a drugged out American.
This is correct. The cat eating incident is a woman who is fully American and is well known in her area (which is NOT Springfield, one might note). She was known for killing animals, and when they caught her, she was taken back to her mental institution. Not Haitian, not eating cat in the way the Haitians are accused of doing (ie cooking them), not sane in the least. This video was taken out of context.
However, there are plenty of wonderful videos and posts now of immigrants (not sure if they’re Haitian) capturing local water fowl.
And there IS now video of cats on a grill in Dayton, which is not far from Springfield…
