“Winny 303” sounds interesting, I’ve just never seen it a Winchester in .303 British, there might be one.

I love that song. Winchester did make the 1895 and P14 in 303 as export rifles for the British. I would guess as a commonwealth nation, Canada would have gotten some which ended up on the surplus market.
