Young V. Hawaii is pretty much Bruen all over again except it covers both open and concealed carry
Duncan v. Bonta is a standard capacity magazine ban,
21-902 BIANCHI, DOMINIC, ET AL. V. FROSH, ATT’Y GEN. OF MD, ET AL.
The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted. The judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for further consideration in light of New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen, 597 U. S. ___ (2022).
Bianchi v. Maryland is an assault weapons ban.
These 4 cases have now been granted certiorari (to be judge by SCOTUS). The court has then vacated the original decision of the appellate court. The case has been remanded (sent back) to the court from which it came for them to come to a decision based on Bruen.
The appellate court can then decided to kick it back to a lower court (district?) for them to come to a decision based on Bruen.
This means that these cases should be decided in favor of the second amendment.
It is likely that the 9th circuit court will quickly remand both of their cases. They have already started remanding cases in light of Bruen.
Unfortunately, this will continue to be an issue until these politicians get slapped down. I wish there was a way to send some of them to prison for the way they try and avoid the courts opinions.

Meanwhile, in NYS…
Nothing will change when these same courts are openly anti gun filled with judges that like the democrat party desire nothing less than the complete and total ban of all private gun ownership with door to door confiscation with the full deployment of the United States military and all federal agencies to confiscate all guns by force and to also kill every single solitary gun owner in the entire United States because the ban also mandates the complete and total literal extermination of every single gun owner in the United States along with the complete and total literal extermination of the entire population of the United States that opposes or resists them in any way. Meaning the killing Of the entire population of the United States that would be opposed to the killing of all gun owners. Most of these judges and courts would LOVE to rule in favor of that. Sure there are a few judges in these anti gun circuit courts that are not insane leftists but I can count them with my hands and not even use all ten fingers.
I don’t know why people expect anything to change even the courts and judges here believe these cases should not exist and the people being it to
Court should be dragged out of the court and executed without trial and who believe that the extermination of the entire population of the United States, all 330 million people via nuclear carpet numbing is an acceptable action to take, morally justified and absolutely necessary to bring about gun free utopia. Sure everyone is dead but that’s even better.
Frankly I was blown away with this decision. I have absolutely zero faith in the courts at all. I still do when it comes to the circuit courts. I thought it was going to be so narrow in scope it would be rendered worthless. But even so does not stop the courts filled with judges think like this from telling SCOTUS to go screw themselves.
The Bill of Rights is a package, not a buffet. We lose one, we lose them all.
